About the Author

Gail M. Moraru is currently an instructor of biology at Linn-Benton Community College in Albany, Oregon. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in biological science from Cornell University and her Ph.D. in Veterinary Medical Science from Mississippi State University where she studied the natural history of a novel spotted fever rickettsiosis.

Jerome Goddard II is currently a professor of mathematics at Auburn University Montgomery (AUM), located in Montgomery, Alabama. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science, and then a Master of Science in Mathematics (both) from Mississippi College in Clinton, MS.
