Ricardo Muñoz, MD, is chief of the Division of Cardiac Critical Medicine , Executive Director , Telemedicine , Co-Director , Childrens’s National Heart Institute , Professor of Pediatrics , George Washington University School of Medicine , Children’s National Health System. Dr. Muñoz is a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics , fellow of the American College of Critical Care Medicine and fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
Victor O. Morell, MD, is the Chief of Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery and Surgeon-In-Chief of UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and the Eugene S. Wiener Professor and Chair, Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Morell received his medical degree from the Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico in 1988.
Eduardo M. da Cruz MD is the Associate Medical Director of the Heart Institute, Head of the Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care Program and Director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Section and Inpatient Services at Children’s Hospital Colorado, University of Colorado Denver, School of Medicine.
Carol Vetterly, PharmD, BCPS, BCPPS, is the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator and Clinical Pharmacist in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy and Pediatric Pharmacotherapy and a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Vetterly graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and completed a post-graduate Doctorate of Pharmacy at Duquesne University.
José P. da Silva, MD is a visiting professor of cardiothoracic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and surgical director of the Center for Valve Therapy at the Heart Institute at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC.
