About the Author

Maria Adele Giamberardino, MD, is Associate Professor of Internal Medicine and Director of the “Pathophysiology of Pain Laboratory” and of the “Headache and Fibromyalgia Center” at the Department of Medicine and Science of Aging of the “G. D’Annunzio” University of Chieti – Italy.

Paolo Martelletti is Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at the University ‘La Sapienza’ of Rome since 2005 and Director of the Regional Reference Center for Cephalaeas at the Sant’Andrea Hospital in Rome, Italy, since 2003.
